We understand that sometimes, you may need to exchange a product. We offer a 10-day exchange policy, starting from the day you receive your product.

To initiate an exchange, please email [ milano42@hotmail.com ] stating the reason for the exchange. Our team will get in touch with you within 2 to 3 business days to confirm your exchange and provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the product back from you via Leopard or TCS within 10 days of receiving the product, we will confirm that it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If the product meets our exchange policy criteria, we will process the exchange and provide you with further assistance to ensure that you receive the new product as soon as possible. Please note that the original product must be in the same condition that you received it, and you will need to provide the order number. If the product has been used or damaged in any way, we will not be able to process the exchange. Please be noted that You can exchange the product with any other product of the same value or more and you will have to bear the delivery charges.
